Every 3-Bed Cottage leaves the factory complete. Insulated, clad, wired, plumbed, painted and floored — with the kitchen, main bathroom and en-suite all installed. There’s no second-fix phase, no specialist sub-trades to coordinate, no waiting on weather. We deliver, lift it into place, connect services, and hand you the keys.
